I thought i'd better do a journal entry... better late than never.


Hi everybody! I'm K and i hail form perth WA! i dabble in lots of art forms... authough i am crap at most of them... i try but (unlike =BohemianBiverwack who rocks at most of them!)
I am a student, and i like to make robots, and suchlike (i am a lot of a science geek!)
I also play the flute crappily, but i play in a great swing band (www.kysb.org) .

Chrismas was good... got my laptop finally...
New years rocked.... a whole group of friends went to gloucsester park. great fun.

I got back from Esperance (down the south of WA- near eucla) last night... it was pissing down rain for most of the time, so whenever i tried to take a picture I got water drops all over the lens. which is a pity, 'cos esperance has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. seriously. i'll post some photos later. if you ever get a chance you should go there!

I started planing for my robocup robot the other day.

and i started reading the Earths children series... very long and kinda hard to get into, but a good read once you sift out the slabs of research. they are based in the stone age, and follows the life of Ayla, who was a h.sapien raised by neanderthars.
The research of these books are exelent... if the author says something was like something, she didnt make it up! just the characters...
